The UGA Marine Institute on Sapelo Island houses an extensive collection of books, maps, and peer-reviewed journals on topics relating to the coastal salt marsh ecosystems of Georgia. These resources are intended for research purposes, and the Marine Institute library is supported by the UGA Science Library. The Marine Institute Library is open to all students and researchers studying and working at the Marine Institute, and books are available through interlibary loan.
